Ashamed...

Do not be ashamed or afraid to ask for help while on this long, painful journey.

Most people think they can't because, well Pride.

Do not be ashamed to seek help by way of a therapist, medication prescribed by someone with a license, not the local street corner and, the Bible. You would be surprised what comfort you can get from the Bible.

Find a friend that will listen and be honest. I have a couple that I will text and they will be honest.

I also asked for help today because I am almost at the bottom and I need to get back to the top.

I also made an appointment to see my therapist because sometimes talking to someone not around you almost 100% of the time helps.

I also read the Bible or search for help in that way.

Do not be ashamed because at the end of the day, you need to feel like life is maybe not great but okay - if that is all you are striving for. You need to realize you are okay. You need to realize it is okay to live. Not just live but LIVE.

I would be glad to sit and listen, talk, etc. I can tell you this, my journey may be a little different but it may help you on yours and vice versa.

1 Chronicles 16:11 "Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always."

The righteous perish, and no one takes it to heart;  the devout are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil.  Those who walk uprightly enter into peace, they find rest as they lie in death.

Isaiah 57:1-2
