Have you realized all the things in life that have changed? People have to be 21 to bury cigarettes, not that I am saying smoking is good because I am not but, we had a smoking area when I went to high school.
You change jobs. I changed jobs and can say I absolutely love what I do. Each child I see is different and it is amazing the changes we can see in some. Nothing can make your day more than a child happy to see you, hugging your and even saying I love you. Children, they are amazing.
Child death is the worse life change I have had to endure. It changes every aspect of your life.
You lose friends, and you gain some.
You lose yourself and hopefully find it.
You almost lose your faith, I didn't lose mine but I was pretty close.
I have had a million life changes. and you know what, I have somehow survived them all.
I have done things that I said I was going to do. One thing is the blog and, I am continuing it.
I have tried to be a better person and christian and am still working on both.
I am a good friend to those that are good to me but, sometimes the one thing you have to remember is this, I am not the same as I used to be. Losing a child has made me different. Sometimes, I just want to be left alone. (of course, that doesn't ever happen).
Lezlie is the motivation I have for trying to do everything better, to see her again. Her bubba is keeping me straight here but, we both plan on joining her when God allows us too.
So, remember that life changes and sometimes, it changes us with it.
Matthew 6:33 "but seek ye first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
