Patience...

Patience is something no one hardly has.
I know I use to have absolutely no patience.
If I asked you to do something and we know it won't take longer than a week, trust me when I say 3 weeks is way to long to be waiting. Besides, I bet you wouldn't wait 3 weeks for McDonald's to fix your salad etc. (Ice cream doesn't count, we all know that machine never worked in the first place).
Patience, its pretty hard to come by these days. No one has any.
You can see it on the faces of the car behind you at the red light, leaving a department store parking lot, in a drive thru, etc. Faces show it all.
But, patience is a must. After all I have to have a ton of it because as much as we know some of us what to go to Heaven now, we have to wait until God's timing. And its far more important than waiting for McDonald's ice cream machine to work.
Its far more important to have patience in this instance. We should try and practice this in other things as well. Like sitting at a red light, drive thru or driving behind a car that may not be going as fast. I bet God would not be thinking like you are.
Try to have more patience. Start little. I guarantee it'll make a difference and prepare you for the patience you need in the bigger things.
Romans 12:12 "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."
