There is a song called There will be a day by Jeremy Camp. Listen to it.
It talks of a day with no more suffering, seeing Jesus face to face, how the trials we are facing never seem to end and, the hope and the promise of a place such as this.
I cannot wait until that day. Let me be more specific, I cannot wait to see Jesus but, I cannot wait to see Lezlie again. Now with that being said, I also know that that day will be the day my time ends per God and not me.
We all get tired at times. Tired of crying. Tired of fighting. Tired of many things. We can make things harder by how we react to them. If we constantly react negatively well, things are harder to handle.
When you are angry at someone, count to ten (easier said than done) and most importantly think before you speak. Do you want your last words to someone to be negative? I would hope not. Regardless of how someone makes you feel, its better to use kindness. After all, we need to be as godly as we can.
But, still the fact that there is a place set aside for us that we won't suffer, well that is something to look forward too. No more tears. No more pain. How wonderful will that be? No more grieving.
Until then, live life as it should be and worry less about what everyone else is doing or what they think of you. Be kind. Just remember, there will be a day.....
Matthew 3:2 "Turn to God and change the way you think and act, because the kingdom of Heaven is near."
