Probably should. It certainly doesn't make you stronger.
Some people think that losing a child makes you so strong but, it doesn't.
It makes you hide how you feel because you really get tired of being told how you should feel.
You fake the okay so much you may even think you are okay. But, truth is you aren't and you won't be. Well, not the okay everything thinks you are.
Sometimes you wish you were as strong as people think you should be but, that is probably never going to be possible.
Lezlie would be telling me to suck it up. I can hear her now. I can see the eye roll too.
What doesn't kill you honestly doesn't make you stronger, it just makes you realize how strong you aren't.
Be mindful of that when telling us we are so so strong, its hard to keep faking an okay, we want to be okay.
