LIVING FOR LEZLIE

Choices

Everyday you wake up, you have a choice to make. You can make it a good day or you can make it a bad day.

When you walk into work, remember that it will be God's will and not yours to be done. Maybe if we thought like that a little more, things wouldn't be or, life wouldn't be as complicated.

I have decided that from this day forward (well, tomorrow since its 11:05 pm), my choices will be better. I will remember to say not my will God, by yours be done. I think I may find this to be something that regardless of what happens, I know I will be doing whats right. Little choices, little changes.

I know that Lezlie made choices that made her days better. She was giving. She used to take her extra money and buy others things on break. She would do anything to help someone even giving someone an opportunity to play a sport she loved after she heard that persons mother complain (I heard it too) loudly.

You see, that lady made a choice to act a little unclasp and Lezlie made a choice to help someone. The consequences for each were different but at the end of the day, the bigger person was the 15 year old and not the supposed adult.

Choices, just know that letting God's will be done will be a better choice but, you make it not me.

I will be doing God's will from here on out and if I lose a few more friends, I can handle it. God has me, thats what matters.

Mark 14:36 "And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt."

The righteous perish, and no one takes it to heart;  the devout are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil.  Those who walk uprightly enter into peace, they find rest as they lie in death.

Isaiah 57:1-2
