You want to know what grief does to you, it makes you crazy.
It makes you act without thinking.
It makes you react to everything.
It makes you angry.
It makes you sad. It makes you cry and you cry a lot.
It makes everyone around you worry.
It makes everyday life impossible.
It makes any rational thinking you may do fly away. (that's where the act without thinking comes into place).
It makes you tired.
It makes you want to be alone.
It makes you want to give up.
It ruins friendships because no one understands.
It can ruin everything because no one understands unless they experience it.
You begin to question the what if's, the why's and so on.
It is awful. It is neverending and you honestly cannot say it gets better, ever.
But, as always you push on and wake up tomorrow and do it all over again.
Psalm 37:7 "Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act...."
